Woodside Industrial Park
Woodside Industrial Park is a 425-acre light and heavy industrial park with emphasis on ocean industries, light manufacturing, and technology development. Located at the southern terminus of Highway 111, Woodside Industrial Park offers excellent highway accessibility to the major residential and business areas of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and beyond. The park has the added attraction of a 750 feet common use dock facility.
Applied research and technology development represent a growing presence in the Park. The Park is home to InNovacorp, a large multi-faceted research facility and a large full service, high technology incubator mall.
